BIOGRAPHY
Mirela Leka Xhava (Albanian-French).
He was born near the walls of the Castle in the city of Elbasan-Albania, which gave him his first poetic inspirations.
Passionate about literature from an early age, she published from time to time in magazines and newspapers before the 90s and then in the newspaper "Free word", as a correspondent for several years. She graduated from the branch of Albanian Language and Literature at the University "Aleksander Xhuvani" Elbasan. In 1999, she published her first book of poems "I don't want winter in my eyes".
She is a member of the League of Writers and Artists of the city.
Until 2002, before immigrating to France, she worked as a Librarian in the city's University Library.
She has lived in France for twenty years and has French citizenship.
Returning in recent years to her passion, poetry, she periodically publishes cycles of poems in the international literary magazine Atunis Galaxy Poetry Belgium, as well as in several magazines and newspapers in Albania, Kosovo, Italy, England, Canada, India, Bangladesh , India,Tunisia, Dominican Republic, Romania, etc. as well as on French online literary sites.
Active in salons and literary fairs in France.
Her poetry was awarded an honorary degree at the 24th Poets' Spring - Sartrouville-Paris France.
It publishes periodically in the literary magazine Poètes Sans Frontières "Florilège" - Dijon.
Finalist in the literary competition and participant in the anthology "Ethics and Global Education/ for the protection of children. Canada.

Participant in the Anthology "La fenêtre de Paris" vol.2 Paris.

She also translates material into French for various literary magazines and newspapers in Albania.
In the fall of this year, her poetic volume "Flowers of Montesquieu Street" was published in two languages, Albanian-French.
